Shipping

We believe in providing our customers with a transparent and honest service, which is why we calculate the delivery fee at checkout to ensure it accurately reflects the order size and delivery location.

All of our shipping rates are charged in NZ dollars, and you can easily identify whether your item is dispatched with Mainfreight or Aramex by checking the “Shipping Information” section on the product page. We will aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days depending on stock availability.

Please note that if you’re unavailable to receive your order, you can contact us at support@adara.co.nz to hold onto your items for a period of 2-5 weeks. It’s important to mention that furniture delivery takes 5-10 working days after dispatch, and we require a signature on delivery for all items sent by courier.

We cannot deliver to post office boxes or private boxes, and before any furniture delivery, we will contact you to schedule a suitable time via Mainfreight. Additionally, there may be instances where we cannot ship oversized or overweight items to rural destinations, which may incur an additional fee. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to discuss your options if this situation arises.

At this time, we only ship within New Zealand.
